Over the past few years (particularly due to my love affair with Instagram) I have developed an absolute passion, nye on obsession with typography in it’s many forms, but specifically artwork and soft furnishings.  I have dabbled in it myself with my ‘Word Games’ collection, based on one of my favourite childhood games Scrabble (though for the life of me I cannot get the kids to play) and so to celebrate the launch of my new Word Games personalised alphabet bedding, I thought i’d share some of my absolute favourites.

Minimal & Typographic Prints

I love how such a ‘traditional’ gift idea has been transformed to something cool and modern!

Prints, cards and more for all ages, these baby cards are a fab baby shower gift.

Playful prints, cards and accessories

Okay so not totally typography, but you just know it would look great alongside!

Actually these guys are already on my own get/got/getting list.  I’ve got a Cheryl Rawlings print, I’m getting a Doodle Moo giant print and I need to get a Gayle Mansfield Design!

Next on the list are some amazing typography wall covering is discovered on Pinterest…

And some fun furnishings…

And now for some fun! Here are three fun projects for you to try at home (again the 3rd isn’t typography but it’ll be great fun!) and sit perfectly with the confetti letter, I think this would look gorgeous on a bedroom wall.

Fancy trying these scrabble cookies for yourself (who wouldn’t), then follow this basic biscuit recipe from the fabulous Biscuiteers and just make sure you grab a black icing pen!

Hope I’ve inspired some typography love in your life and shown you that it doesn’t need to be all black. There are more ideas over on my Pinterest Blog Board

Till next time,
